Research On Standards Conformance Testing Of Traffic Information And Its System Development

Standards play a vital role in traffic informatization construction work. Because of problems such as the informatization standards intersected in many business domains, lots of departments involved in the standards making, and the standards updated fast, a lot of issues were caused, such as the standard content overlap and conflict etc. between different standards. These problems affected the authority of traffic informatization standards, which was bad for traffic informatization service in China. So research on the standard consistency test method and the development of assistant consistency detection software system were of vital significance.In this paper, standard documents were chosen as target, and similarity calculation model were used to do conformance testing, finally the standard conformance testing system for traffic informatization was implemented and the test of the system was completed. Firstly the standard content and format were introduced in detail. On the basis, the general idea was proposed, namely semantic analysis was used to judge the conformance of the same subject in different standard documents. Then Word extraction and pattern matching were used to realize the content and information extraction of standard documents. After these, the method was focused researched which the weighted bipartite graph was used to implement consistency testing. At last, the implementation and testing of the system was given.The test indicated that the writing specifications standards can be extracted and detected the consistency, which are conform to the national standards GB/T 1.1-2009. And the corresponding test report is generated. The expected requirements of the project are reached by the system.
