The traditional monitoring type based on the wired sensor data acquisition testing has many drawbacks because that the sensor equipment is connected to the central data acquisition unit by the cable, which needing a lot of cables costing much money and time. And this method can not be used with some industrial environment. However, the information about the environment and monitoring object in the sensor network distribution area can be monitored, perceived and collected by using the wireless sensor network. And the corresponding information was processed which produces mant detail and correct information. The ZigBee technique has characteritics of low power consumption, simple architecture, low cost and the widespread use in many industrial occasions. So the monitoring of the industrial processes by using the WSN is of good prospects, and the industrial environment tempreture can be monitored by using the Zig Bee technique, which is a good kind of attempt.In the paper, the research situation about the domestic and overseas wireless sensor network was presented firstly, then some wireless communication techniques were compared. Secondly, In order to solve the problems exisiting in the current temperature monitoring, a design scheme of high precision temperature monitoring system based on the ZigBee technique was proposed with the CC2530 and ADS1247 at the core.The Z-stack protocol stack was built and the wireless network was set up and the data of the terminal node can be collected. And, the acquisiting data can be read and store by using the software of the PC. Finally, the minimum system of CC2530, sampling circuit and interface circuit were designed detailedly. The coordinator program and the terminal node program were designed. Then the coordinator and the terminal node can be connected and the information of the terminal node can be collected, and the data acquisition platform was designed.The design and research of this project mainly comprised the hardware platform construction, software design and PC program design. The minitype ZigBee network was applied in the system designed in this paper, and the tempreture information can be collected wirelessly, then the acquisiting data can be monitored and stored in real time, and the system achieved the expected design purpose.
