With the development of mobile communication network, multimedia class of data value-added service has become more and more population. The amount of data which were stored in the network system increased quickly by a series.The mobile network requires more and more storage resource to store these date. Besdies it, the time which the network spend on the data synchronization is getting longer and longer.The Coloring ring back tone service(CRBT), As one of data value-added services, increasing ringtone file brings great pressure to the data storage and synchronization system. Therefore, how to realize mass data storage, how to improve the utilization rate of resources, and how to reduce the cost on synchronization become an urgent subject.This paper first start from the current network architecture, focuses on the analysis of the CRBT system, ring tone data storage and ring tone data synchronization. In view of the current network problems, analysis and comparison of the several improvement measures of ring tone data synchronization network. And then put forward the optimal synchronization scheme which called RSS ring tone data synchronization system, 1) into the business triggering mechanism to solve the tone data synchronization delay and call node date storage, 2) increased MD5 summary information to solve the tone data transmission security, 3) by generating intermediate temporary files T to resolve the tone data online replacement. A Mobile Corporation has applied this scheme.
