| China is constructing the passenger dedicated high-speed railway line on large-scale with the rapid development of economy. The demand for measuring precision has greatly increased since the high demand of the high-speed railway’s line straightness. To guarantee the measuring precision, the inspection at any point of the railway line is necessary.Traditional way of verification usually is in indoor test to calculate in advance the theoretical value of the project according to the design drawing, and perform measurements at the scene, then calculate the difference to make sure whether it is allowable. This verification need to be calculated after measurement, so that there is no real-time result.Although with the development of technology, track verification began to use "track gauge" and measuring instruments combination which realized data stochastic, dynamic acquisition and transmission, It can real-time monitor any part of the geometry. But this is limited to online track. Due to the particularity of space position, the offline part structure inspection, such as subgrade, bridge and tunnel geometric position, instrument is difficult to achieve. In additional, most of the instrument results output is in text format, lack of intuitive visual graphic interface. The paper finished the premise and foundation part of system development, which was the graphics rebirth when the design data import, under the background of developing the high-speed arbitrary point 3d dynamic visualization real-time inspection system.First of all, the study of high speed railway related specification and measurement technology has defined high-speed rail plane of basic linear rail line and plane linear control of main parameters and standard. Second, the paper analyzed the design data format in detail,preprocessed the design data, and presented the format which is facilitating the rebirth of computer. Again, the paper researched the framework of VTK technology, presented the specific straight line, round curve line and easement curve model of the linear VTK which is used for any point of high-speed rail line.Finally, in VS2010 platform, writing test procedures, to verify the VTK model through importing the actual construction project design data, the results of graphics regeneration dovetailed into the horizontal alignment design part. |
