With the continuous development of mobile communication and Internet technology, mobile communication enterprises also have to cater more and more value-added services in additionto maintainthe survival oftraditionalbusiness.O nthe way of informationization, the continued expansion of business makes enterprises tobuildavarietyofsubsystems according tobusinessneeds,includinga series ofinformation systems,business systems, management systemsandsoon. However, due to technical limitationsand other reasons,all kinds ofsystemsbuilt in the pastare too scattered andmanaged confusedly. If you want to carry on comprehensive management and presentation, it requires expensive cost.Combined with the poor situation of the informationization in mobile communication enterprises at present time,thispaperdetailedlyintroducesthedesignand implementation method ofmulti- sourcedata collection systemin mobile communications,by using Java language to build the system, and providesatrainofthoughts to solvethe businesssystem datafragmentation problems andintegrate systemresources.According tothe detailedanalysis based on thedata collection systemneeds,this paper describes how to use relevant technology andmanagement methodin software engineeringto design the systemoverallstructure andfunctional modules,and how to implement thefunctions ofeachpartofthesystem using key technology.When the system functionsare implemented,the system is tested rigorously with detailedly designedtest casesto ensure that the finaldeliveryto the user is a product of multi-source data collection system which has the ability of distributed deployment with high scalability.
