Research And Application Of Real-time Distributed Data Acquisition System

The development of modern aviation technology depends on the experimental techniques, experimental ability, testing equipment of the aviation products and tests methods. With the lasting increases of sophistication and modernization of aircraft system, it more and more depends on advanced experiment and test means. With the development of network technology and distributed processing technology, it is feasible and efficient to develop distributed network real-time data collection system.Based on the project of "aviation data collection system", this paper has studied the technology of communication and management of the distributed network real-time data collection system.First, in order to satisfy the real-time requirement of the distributed network real-time data collection system, the characteristics of the distributed system based on Ethernet are analyzed. Then, some existing communication methods are compared. After that, the communication of distributed data collection system based on Ethernet is presented and the communication middle ware based on RTCC protocol is developed for distributed data collection system. Finally the paper elaborates the design and realization method of this communication middleware.On the other hand, according to the characteristics of multi-task and highly real-time requirements in distributed network real-time data collection system, the management and synchronization of multi-threads are further discussed in details. The actual tests and analysis indicate that it can assure the transmitting accuracy and real-time requirements of the data collection and communication for the distributed real-time data collection system when the middleware component and synchronization technology of multi-threads are applied.
