Modern manufacturing industry is driving the continued development of industry automation, it demands a lot of new requirements which are more and more common around the industry, are threatening the tradition field of industry automation programming technology, e.g. PLC programming control. O n the other side, industry PC is replacing the PLC as the carrier of control system at present step by step. However, different from the focus on data flow control in PC device access, industry control system have the obligation to concern both the flows of data and materials, and the model of material flow must be correctly built and run according to the design of machine. From the search of the related work from academy and industry, there is no ideal domain specific based programming technology on pipeline manufacturing system.This paper researches and implements a kind of the PLTurbo. Main contribution of three include: 1. according to the PLTurbo virtual components model, this presents the definition of component interfaces and the solution of interaction with each other under the control of engine, which implements the co-control to the related job steps of material transfer and process; 2. I/O-oriented multitask executor, which implements the solution of user mode thread programming with the ability for context switch, customer schedule and message passing; 3. device resource service framework, which implements the interface unity and asyn I/O function to all variable device access interface or packet communication in user mode, e.g. no special driver supplied.This paper also implements multiple important functions, e.g. component model configuration, interaction configuration, device service configuration. Finally, this paper gives some kind of configuration/programming cases from the IC card personalization manufacturing system support by PLTurbo.
