Urban Underground Pipeline is an important part of infrastructure. With theeconomic and social development, the construction of Jinghai County is alsochanging, increasingly complex buildings and roads and improvement of facilitiesunderground pipeline laying more and more information on the existing pipeline cannot meet the needs of urban construction.In order to accurately grasp the status of underground pipelines, make full use ofunderground space, underground and surface construction to reduce the conflictbetween the city’s further construction and development lay a solid foundation, thispaper proposes the use of advanced mapping and exploration means of undergroundpipelines to conduct a thorough detection, and application of computer technology,the establishment of a complete and standardized management system for modernurban planning and construction to provide reliable protection.Articles of extensive research based on the characteristics of the pipe network,select the appropriate data model to determine the organization of the data content,the data source gives a selection, evaluation of various data sets, the design ofvarious data sets, data dictionary generation of specific database storage solutions.Jinghai county area given the city’s comprehensive pipeline management informationsystem design, and the details of implementation are described in detail.Urban underground pipeline management system has been in practical use JinghaiCounty, Tianjin, and achieved good results, the system will be graphics and attributeinformation in order to manage the relationship between space, to bethree-dimensional spatial relationships and visualization, to form three-dimensionalmulti-level management model, increased management capabilities, improvemanagement efficiency.
