Design And Application Of Test Management Of Conference Service And Manage Platform In Institution

Chinese Academy of Sciences is the highest academic institution in the field of science and technology in China and the comprehensive research and development center of natural science and high technology in China. In order to improve the effective management level of Chinese Academy of Sciences and meet the needs of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the scientific research organizations in the domestic and international academic exchanges, Chinese Academy of Sciences needs to establish an efficient information exchange platform. The construction of centralized and unified international science conference service and management platform, which can manage and organize international science conferences, plays a very important role in improving the level of information, reducing the cost of meeting organization, and improving the management efficiency and so on. At the same time, the research on the service and management platform of the international science conference is a very important work. How to use effective software testing has become a problem in the project.From the perspective of test management, this article put forward the following views:integrated advanced test management tools; improve the test case and the preparation of the software defect and management methods and processes. And then promote the project.The main work of this article is as follows.(1) To research the software testing theory and the application of testing management tool in software industry. Analysis the purpose and necessity of software testing. Point out this, that is, the software testing should be involved in the project as soon as possible. And discusses the significance of the optimization of the software testing.(2) The overall design of the test management based on Testlink tool. This includes test plan, test preparation, version control, personnel dispatch, test report and test case design method. The design focuses on the construction of the project and its function implementation of the test management tool. The design illustrates the significance and necessity of the reference software testing management tools in project.(3) Practical application of Trac tool in project has been carried out the whole design of the software defect management. This includes the design and implementation of software defect levels, state, type, priority, and writing. This part has carried on the detailed research and analysis to the project’s influence factor of the software testing on this project. And put forward the method of improving.The test system designed and implemented in this article has been put into use in this project of the international conference services and management platform. This system has realized the test procedure and management of the project through the design and integration of test management tool. And this system has played a role in promoting the whole process of the project. Now, the system is stable and reliable. This system has provided the construction and support to the complete and stable conference service platform for more than 100 colleges and universities and research institutes. And the system has been unanimously praised.
