According to the communications industry to run reports China’s Ministry of Industry recently released show, the mobile phone users are close to 1 billion, the C hinese SIM card is also close to 900 million years in our market, and with the further growth in mobile phone users, the demand of SIM card will grow further. SIM card is a bridge between mobile operators and mobile phone terminal. Early SIM card can only perform simple user identification. With the development of mobile communication business, the rapid popularity of SMS and WAP and other value-added services, mobile operators from the single to the user to provide voice services, gradually began to provide various value-added services.With the deployment of Internet and 3G, 4G networks, mobile communication has entered the era of mobile internet. Mobile maps, mobile positioning, mobile payments, mobile email, and other phone-based mobile data applications began to spread. In this case, SIM cards to achieve the digital copyright protection, streaming control, mobile payment need encryption, as well as value-added services over the air, design and manufacture of high-capacity SIM card is put on the agenda. The large capacity SIM card in order to meet the higher demand of data communication, the need to support with higher rate of communication protocol, SIM card, in addition to supporting high-speed interfaces also need to support traditional ISO7816 interface.
