Guangxi University Of Finance And Economics Student Registration System Design And Implementation

The management of new student registration in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics has its own characteristic. The campuses are separated, the student resource is complicated and the number of new students could be very huge. Until now, the management of new student registration is still a manual work in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics. And the registration must be finished in two days. This project is based on Guangxi University of Finance and Economics and the target is to design a new student registration system. The system will help to informationize the new student registration data and raise working efficiency. By using the registration system, we can not only ensure the accuracy of the registration information but also connect with other system easily.This system using the B/S structure development, based on WAMP environment, using PHP as the development language, Apache as the server, database using Mysql, the ThinkPHP framework for design and development. According to the new student registration process, the system can make the process informatization. The system divided into foreground and background. The main functions of foreground is the introduction of new students’ basic data, make announcements. The main functions of background include management of the system users and initialization the project of new student registration, the operation of modules of every steps in new student registration, data summary, data statistics and export data.This new student registration system is well developed and has been used in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics. It did a very good job in managing new student registration data and raised working efficiency.
