With booming of the Fourth Industrial advent, there are huge demand for MANET technology in such fields:industrial controlling, industrial sensor networks, outdoor operations etc. Domestic and foreign research work on the MANET design and implementation at all levels have made a certain breakthrough. Some of them under the 2.4GHz MANET entered the practical stage, but the wireless communication 2.4GHz, facing more problems in complex industrial production environment. In contrast, 433 MHz wireless communications in the industrial production environment has a significant advantage, however, MANET 433MHz implementation has not yet mature solution.The research on the design and implementation of MANET in 433MHz is of great significance and application value. The DSR routing algorithm in MANET improvement and transplantation is a pioneering work, also can give other routing algorithm transplantation has technological guidance. The overall design of the system has laid the foundation for the final realization of the network. Using the planar structure of the network topology, effectively solve the problem of frequent movement of MANET nodes. The hierarchical design network protocol stack structure, the wireless network model, divide and rule structure complex effectively.In the physical layer, a network node with low power consumption and strong commonality is constructed. Microprocessor using STC12C5A60S2, is an enhanced C51 microcontroller; wireless transceiver module using nRF905 as a radio frequency chip. In the data link layer, MAC protocol is adopted to optimize the CSMA/CA, to achieve data transmission and reduce the network collision. In the network layer, the DSR routing algorithm is optimized and improved, and the counter strategy is used to effectively suppress the broadcast storm. The efficient utilization of the nRF buffer is realized through the fast search strategy, which provides an answer to the transmission layer and ensures the quality of the connection. In the application layer to provide the temperature of the collection, relay and indicator light control functions, used to simulate the industrial application of the scene. In the overall software design of the node, the shared buffer and the state table of the whole protocol stack are used to realize the task scheduling strategy based on the event-based real-time response and short job priority.Finally, the implementation of the MANET network test, including communication distance test, routing discovery and routing maintenance testing, data transmission and remote data acquisition test and throughput test, etc.. Test results show that the proposed and implemented for mobile ad hoc networks effectively solved the problem in wireless ad hoc networks in the industrial scene, realizes the reliable low-power sensor network and industrial control network communication, met the requirements of the application of industrial scene.
