The dramatic development of national economy exerts a variety of national trade type and more flexible of the trade forms. The trade management exists in the entire trading process, carrying a shift of goods from producer to consumer. A effective trade management system contributes a lot to a reasonable, fast and accurate management for goods’ importing and exporting. Also, it is undoubtedly beneficial for labor source saving and efficience’s improving. Today, the majority of business management function module system is relatively simple and not well suites to the specific form of trade, and worse, many manual operations management process are required which in a certain degree leads to management inconvenient and even error-prone. Therefore, how to design and implement functional modules which are highly targeted and also can be operate simply and have a stably performance feature is essential important to the future development of small and medium enterprises.As the detailed analysis listed above, we designed and implemented a trade wholesale management system based on radio frequency identification technology. The functional modules of the system are mainly designed for small and medium business, which have the features like asimple operation and a stable performance. Due to the small and medium enterprises have a wide variety of goods and the merchandise information is imperfect, the paper mainly aims at the detailed analysis for requirements and non-functional requirements. Even, based the system requirements,we build a module related to the system administrator functions. That is to say, we first give a relevant demo for the functions’ requirement of the users and administrator, and then have a detailed design for the flow of goods and commodities storage warehouses. To illustrate, the overall architecture of this design includes basic information management, merchandise out of the library management, trade query views and comprehensive management system. And we have made an untiring effort about the supplier of information management, the product information management, shop Management, Sales Order Management commodity information inquiries, supplier information queries, operator management and change passwords and other functions. After some practical tests, the system included the users and administrator login function modules, the basic information management module, cargo access management module, implement, and test trading query view function modules and system modules integrated management functions is operating normally and can promised to provide convenient and efficient business management services for wholesale customers.
