Research On Quality Control To Portal Product Of BOCO Inter-Telecom Based On Customer Needs

In the resent years, China has entered the era of "Internet plus". The domestic software and information technology service industry has remained rapidly developing, along with the deeply application of internet, especially the infiltration from mobile technology and information development to production, human lives and other aspects of economic society development, it has been attached more attention that promotion of the information technology facing to innovation pattern of knowledgeable society. The next decade would be the critical period for the domestic software and information technology service to break through the situation that transnational corporation monopolizes the key technologies for a long time. China would focus on cultivating the leading enterprises in software industry and efforts to enhance the quality of software products and the ability of innovation. During the development for customized products, software defects mainly expose to its functions and controllability. Whether the customer requirements could be correctly transformed into the technology requirements is decisive to the product quality. As one of the most important aspects of software development, there would be big impact and influence to the following development if the deviation comes out. Currently for the research to controlling management of software products, the domestic and foreign enterprises mainly focus on the following two methods. The one is management scheme research aimed at eliminating quality defects by review and test, and the other one is quality management module research aimed at controlling quality defects. The two methods both focus on control to the process, but lack of conscience on customer needs and solutions to transform customer needs to product demand in high quality.The paper introduces the status of quality control to software products in BOCO Inter-Telecom, which is to analyze the data collected by means of questionnaire, requirement and problems feedback platform, and finally define the research focus is on the demands phase and how to control and avoid the product quality loss on transformation from business demands to software demands.By analyzing to the importance of software requirements, clarify the definition of "software requirements" that is not only the requirement to supporting ability to exterior system business from the point of view of the user, but also includes descriptions of interior system features from the point of view of developers and finally show them on the documents. Combined the theories and producing, software quality control improvement applies the management method of QC. And the research shows the software quality control model (SQMM) based on customer needs depended on the ISO 25010 software product quality model, prototype model and the application of GFD (Quality Function Deployment)Targeted on the improvement of BOCO Inter-Telecom portal product quality, the paper is to make empirical study on improvement control to software product quality, which includes to transform customer needs to software quality index, apply prototype to quantize qualitative needs and realize quadratic interaction with the users, and make quality deployment to guarantee key requirements correctly transformed and delivered, finally propose feasibility and suggestions by analyzing the effects improved.
