Due to the large demand for software talents and the relative shortage of talents in China, so how to train software talents effectively has become one of the important problems in the development of Chinese software industry. At present, the traditional mode of education in Colleges and universities in the country to cultivate the students to grasp the theory, students lack of experience in software development and professional skills. In order to meet the needs of the society and the students themselves, most colleges and universities, enterprises and training institutions gradually start to promote practice training. The promotion of the training platform to solve the gap between the school students and the business needs of software talents, promoted the development of the software industry.In this paper, it analyzed the background and significance of the development of the system and the research status at home and abroad firstly, and the main problems of the system and the main technology used in this paper are briefly introduced. In the process of system requirement analysis, the requirements of the users of the system are introduced with the use case diagram. In system design, the function of the user in the system is analyzed Using flow chart and function diagram. Finally, the development of the system is realized by using J2EE technology and Server SQL database.In this paper, two kinds of methods are combined together in the training of the school and the enterprise based on Practice training system platform. To "teaching, training, production" as the target, students were trained into engineering talents who also have certain scientific research and development ability. Practice training system platform based on J2EE has been used in the combination of B/S structure and C/S structure model, effectively solve the user location, identity, and the user’s platform is not uniform. Students can get effective exercise by combining individual training program and team project. Tutor through the use of the system, be able to understand the progress of every member of the project team and understand the ability of the member in each phase of the project development. Due to the design level and time limited, the system of enterprise users contacted with the students and instructors not closely, this is the next step of the research work. |
