The Research And Implementation Of Campus Video Surveillance System

This thesis is based on Shandong technician college campus monitoring system as the research background, design a set to conform to the situation of universities of the occupation of the digital video monitoring system scheme. In this paper, according to the school, the monitoring system design to achieve the positioning of the following functions:improve the campus security precaution ability, school public occasions, important road, the main entrance, the school peripheral walls, the key parts of the video monitor full coverage; in the aspect of digital education information construction occupation colleges, setting up monitoring points in the each classroom, improve test monitoring ability, realize the share of outstanding teaching resources, real-time monitoring, class supervisor, night supervision of students learning discipline, in foreign skills training aspects of the realization of remote teaching etc..In the technology design, this paper describes the overall design of the monitoring system from the following aspects: system requirements analysis, system frame, system structure and function module partition. Module with decomposition from front-end video capture, selection and installation of hardware; to network transmission based on campus net; to the massive data storage code and terminal display.The actual application shows that, on the one hand, the system can implement the effective safety monitoring of laboratory, training workshops, teaching building, student apartments through the campus network, to realize linkage alarm, to achieve the effective security campus safety purposes, on the other hand, can realize remote distance teaching tasks through the network video monitoring, the main control room of the school according to the needs of the image storage time set; this system can realize the real-time video, video storage, video playback, according to different conditions for video retrieval management, will be a variety of teaching resources sharing and unified management, implementation of distance learning and the sharing of resources, which can give teachers a flexible exchange platform, can be shared through network video resources to learn from each other, exchange, effectively improve the quality of teaching.
