| Electrical impedance tomography(EIT) is a relatively new imaging modality developed in the recent 30 years, which is a potential alternatives received considerable attention based on non-ionizing sensing fields that can be built from inexpensive components and could therefore be routinely used. Eventually EIT could be a supplementary technology to some imaging techniques, since it is both safer and more pleasant for the patient. This paper mainly includes two parts:the design of digital EIT hardware system based on the FPGA and the EIT/CT image fusion technology research. The improvement of digital EIT hardware system based on the FPGA includes:1. Using Spartan3E series XC3S500E-4PQ208 as the core, eight embedded microprocessor PicoBlaze realize constant current excitation source, analog switch channel switch, wireless communication and other logic control function. In order to improve the system anti-interference characteristics, use Altium Designer software repainting and commissioning the 4 layer PCB board.2. Using VHDL language to complete the FPGA hardware development, using Delphi software to develop the PC interface, which can realize real-time data storage and curve plotting.3. In experiments on the calibration board and 20cm-diameter barrel, good results is achieved for the whole system performance, and the experimental results show that the system can realize electrical impedance data acquisition function.4. According to the problems in the system, some subsequent improvement scheme are put forward in terms of the electrode, the board, debugging methods. The EIT/CT image fusion technology research includes:1. Comparing with different operators which are uesd to detecting the CT edge, the ’canny’ operator has a better effect.2. Using the CT edge image to get sensitivity matrix by the COMOL software solving, and then the conjugate gradient algorithm is used to reconstruct the EIT image.3. Finally the CT edge image and EIT reconstruction image are fused through the wavelet image fusion algorithm. |
