Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Based On Big Data For Urban And Rural Areas Minimum Living Standard Security

Informatization is a trend of social development today. With the development of network and information technology increasingly, the information revolution and related technology have penetrated into every aspect of social life. As an important part in business informatization branch of civil administration, the design and implementation of Urban and Rural Poor Information Management System has important significance to improve the management level and quality of functional departments. With the spread of urban and rural security system and the increase of the number, the amount of information become larger and larger, and the situation turns complex. In order to simplify the structure, our system is divided into the six function modules, and the corresponding design and implementation are completed respectively.Based on the analysis results, the stage function and backstage are realized by the Asp.net, VS2008, C# and SQL2008 in separate. The overall development of the system architecture is based on B/S mode for it’s a better choice than C/S mode for urban and rural areas minimum living standard security information management system, the user interface layer is mainly based on the automatically generated interface technology, system application layer mainly through the dynamic Web technology provided by Web server, the business logic layer of System services is achieved through Web services. And due to the development of this system is mainly on the component type development mode and service-oriented architecture, the advanced nature, safety and convenience is ensured.The six modules of the information management system of urban and rural minimum living standard security are designed and completed by case diagram, the E-R diagram and database table structure respectively in this paper. Business application function of the information management system consist of edit, modify, delete, query, submit and approval functions; audit management of application information is achieved through information management system rescue audit business; Fund issue management module provides some fund issue types such as minimum living standard security fund issue and price subsidy issue, and meanwhile issue information is recorded for convenience of management; the special rescue management achieved five item functions such as medical rescue and education rescue. Information statistical and demand analysis module collects and analyzes the relevant data and information. And after some tests, the feasibility and stability of the complete information management system are proved.At last, further discussion about the future issue is presented on the paper. For example,the practical data related with the information management system needs more information to test and then improve the system. The process of rescue service implementation also needs to be further comprehended to figure out the priority of each process, effectively understand target and process of social rescue and make data information management system more efficiently used and then reasonably benefit to people in time.
