Research And Design Of Employment Information Management System Based On SOA Framework

The employment rate of college graduates is not only an important index in the development of modern higher education, but also a significant social problem related to whether the country can develop steadily. The employment information management system for college graduates is put forward in this paper, which is based on the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) according to recent development situation of some computer languages. Now that there is such an increasingly severe situation for college graduates’to get jobs, the purpose of this system is to help the college to manage the employment work. Also the system comes up with a complete solution on the college graduates’employment problem by using information technologyThe core of this system is the SOA. The business process can be achieved with the help of the services mutual provided by the application systems, therefore it can form a complete business working flow. Browser/Server is still used as an overall design pattern, and ASP.NET and MS SQL Server 2014 database are respectively used in the foreground and background. Since the main body of the system’s users is the teachers who are responsible for the work of the employment management, college graduates and enterprises, so the primary task is to provide information on recruitment and employment guidance and the fundamental purpose is to help the graduates to get jobs. The system provides landing subsystem for administrators and graduates. The former is operated by the administrator (teacher or full-time staff), whose function is information management of graduates, the enterprise and the recruitment process, while the latter is mainly used for the graduates to login for research of personal, recruiters and hiring process information.Used and tested in our college, this system has solved many problems that appear in the process of actual use. The graduates and employment managers can make use of this information platform conveniently. It will be further improved in the future, so that other colleges and universities can rely on this platform to manage and guide the work of graduates’ employment.
