Design And Implementation Of Baoshan University Graduate Management System Based On UML Modeling Technology

With the development of the scale ofcontinuously improved and perfected of higher education in our country,The scale of the college graduates has showed a trend of a straight upward in the last few years. How to strengthen management of graduate basic information, how to strengthen query of the recruitment information, and how to report all the employment statistics of graduates to the administrative department of education has become problems in the era of Globalization.In order to deepening the reformation in education and to train modern career person,this paper will take the Baoshan College graduates in Yunnan Province as an example, to develop a set of information management system to improve and try to improve the needs of the management.Through in-depth analysis of the management of Baoshan college graduates,the design of graduate management system uses the software development method, the step,and the design and implementation of the management system is based on the model.The main contents are:(1) the development of the system of key technologies and development software will be introduced; (2) the management of graduates can be achieved through the management system to achieve the steps and common functions and the implementation of business process system analysis; (3) to achieve some the main functional modulesof the graduate management system, and with the corresponding program screenshots and program source code. The graduate management system relates to Baoshan college graduates employment guidance work for some of the most important link, at the same time the functional of new query and statistical will instead of the past paper statistics and information processing of the existence of the complexity, repeatability, and low efficiency, the system all function has entered the implementation phase, it will provides great support and helpfor the school graduates management.This graduate management system mainly consists of five functional modules, namely:(1) management function module of system, refers to the school career guidance service center staff to the school (Department) of the two graduates of the basic data of macro control. (2) basic data setting module, this module is to manage of some basic information on the center of the school career guidance service center management(3) employment management module is to add, edit, delete and other functions of the graduates basic information management. (4) the Secondary College (Department) management module for employment guidance counselors in the secondary school (Department) of the college graduates of professional, name, student number, students and employment units input, add, delete, and change management. (5) graduate employment information statistics module, mainly statistics:the college or the departments of individual professional employment statistics, graduate students, undergraduate statistics table, the graduate students of statistics, pre conscription registration number statistics, statistics, study abroad the professional students employment statistics, yet a list of grass-roots employment statistics, apply for civil servants, teachers, people’s national institutions statistics, "help free up lending" self employment statistics, the graduate employment information management system could in each grade two school (Department) of the function statistics.
