The Design And Implementation Of Organization Formation Network Management System Based On SOA Architecture

With the continuous development of the electronic government affairs work, more and more business work is gradually replaced by computer management, including the chief reservation system, online management information system, internal distribution system and other business systems. Based on the information technology, the business service system can effectively enhance the government’s internal process operation efficiency, office efficiency and management level, to improve government information transmission speed and decision science. Organization formation management is a complicated management work and how to make use of the information management to strengthen the related management work is a relatively new research topic. This paper will strengthen the organization reform in Fujian province through organization formation network management system.The function modules of organization formation network management system mainly divide into two module groups: basic support module group and business function module group. Base support module group contains custom report, data exchange and transmission,system management and other functional modules. Business function module group includes agencies management, formation management, report management and other core business modules.From the view of software engineering practice, this paper introduced all development process of organization formation network management system in detail, including system requirements analysis, system outline design, system detailed design and implementation and other process. Organization formation network management system uses SOA architecture to construct the overall framework, and utilizes the Net platform for the implementation of SOA architecture, and focus on the WCF core technology for data exchange service.The main features of the organization formation network management system contains:first, this paper utilizes network ideology to replace the traditional offline management to improve the data transmission accuracy, security and renewal speed; second, the use of SOA architecture to construct the system, which convenient for interfacing data with the national formation management system and other business systems; third, the system provided customreport function module, which improve personalized and visualization management reports,and meet the requirement service for the agency and staffs.
