Design And Implementation Of Community Property Management System Based On C# Language

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and consumption level,people in the pursuit of material life, but they pay more attention to the quality of life,community property management as a service industry, which is closely related with people’s life, it is the basic needs of the people’s life. Therefore, the research and development of community property management system is very necessary.Community property management system is an online technical method for property sector to manage the community affairs. This kind of system instead of the traditional manual management approach, all the work is handled on the network, which reduce the workload and the probability of dissension. Owners do not have to go to the office to inquiry information, such as property related regulations, management practices, they can be found on the website, the information is also updated in real time, saving the owner’s time. The open and transparent way of work, perfect the complaint mechanism, so that the owners enjoy a more comprehensive and more assured services. Therefore, a perfect management system can not only improve work efficiency, reduce management cost, it is a banner of the community.This paper proposes a community property management system based on c# language,which provide the management of the basic information, at the same time, it provides the convenient services. The basis function of the system is to maintain the building information and other resource, and once the proprietors joined in the community, the system should associate these resources with the proprietors information, forming a dragnet type management. At the same time, the system increase the service of complaints and the service of maintenance application, which reflects the the idea of public service. This system applys B/S architecture, the proprietors only need to access the Internet on a computer, that they can browse all kinds of information: announcement information, community property information and personal information and payment information. So the main research of this paper is as follow:(1) Through a preliminary understanding of the community property management,define the user system composed by property staffs and proprietors. Understand the information of the community property, and arrange the data structure to store the basicinformation;(2) Community property management system using C# language to develop, which combines with Server SQL database to achieve the data transfer between the front and back.The system is easy to operate;(3) The system should make the database has the function of maintenance and expansion,which can add data, delete data, modify data and backup data timely according to the needs of users;(4) After the completion of the development, we should to conduct a comprehensive test for the system, in order to ensure the stability and application security of the system, to provide technical support for the community management in the life.
