Data acquisition, preprocessing and bulk transfer has a wide of increasingly applications in the fields of laser range, laser 3D imaging radar, video surveillance, stereoscopic display, industrial control applications, biomedical engineering and scientific research and so on,whose requirments satisfy with high capabilities,such as real-time system acquisition,well preprocessing, transfer rate and so on.And with the technical design scheme optimization, particles of FPGA chip cost reduction and ASIC chip technology development, based on FPGA hardware platform structures, and thus completing data acquisition, data storage, data preprocessing methods are recognized by more and more companies and research institutions. Excellent data acquisition equipment as an important part of 3D laser radar imaging system, plays a vital role, it completed the data acquisition, data storage, data transmission task. Therefore, it has great significance and value to develop a large scale data acquisition system with high speed and real time, high integration and strong expansibility.The paper introduced the research background of the three-dimensional laser imaging radar technology. The three dimensional laser imaging radar is a combination of imaging technology and distance detection technology.Through the imaging of one-dimensional information, and through another dimension of the measurement platform to obtain two-dimensional information, and using time of flight of get three-dimensional information of target completely.Finally, with the help of modern computer technology, the information in the real world can be reconstructed in the virtual 3D space.Multi channel high speed acquisition system uses high-speed multi-channel ADC to achieve multi-channel echo acquisition, the system uses Xilinx’s FPGA as the core control hardware platform of the acquisition system.In addition, this paper also provides a complete verification scheme, using Modelsim and MATLAB simulation software, to build a simple and efficient verification platform, the simulation of excitation signal and Assertion Verification means, shorten the development cycle, to ensure the stability of the system code.The paper presents the data acquisition system.which have to undergo device selection, algorithm model design, RTL-level code design, software debugging and optimization of the experimental results.According to the practical test, data acquizition system based on FPGA has a lot of good characteristics with high-speed acquisition,real-time processing,high-level of integration,scalability,low-cost,whose advantages are also applocated to other fields.availablly higher value.
