At present,the application of liquid crystal display is very extensive, such as LCD,TV, computer, mobile phone and MP4 and other electronic products.It mainly has practical, cost-effective, no radiation, etc.Guide plate is widely used in LCD back light source, it was mainly used injection molding technology to produce. Now the guide plate mold outlet diameter precision of the production in China are mostly over 10μm, and there are very few equipment has reached to 1μm.In the industry of precision guide plate mold manufacturing, our country have to import equipment from aboard. Precision of the guide plate mold directly related to the quality of light guide plate, therefore, it is essential to the equipment which can machining precision guide plate mold.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the research background and significance of this paper was briefly introduced. The current stat of the light guide plate, mold of LGP further processing equipment at home and abroad were reviewed. Then, the source, the research content and the structure of this paper were introduced.Secondly, a tool rack based on piezoelectric ceramic and jointed by flexible hinge was designed.The design requirements analysis of the tool rack device,structure of the tool rack device and the simulation of the tool rack device have finished.The accessories of the tool rack device were selected.And then,the performance of whole system are tested.Testing results indicate that the performances of tool rack device can satisfy the designing requirements.Thirdly,the requirements analysis of the Measure System and workflow is introduced simply. Then the hardware of the measure system is determinated and the specific components are picked out, which mainly includes light source, industrial camera, lens, PC.Image process software HALCON10.0 and program platform VS2010 used in the system are introduced briefly.Fourthly, The concrete implementation method of the measure system was introduced.We studied the calibration principle of linear and nonlinear parts measurement system model and the measurement experiment. The method of filtering, Binaryzation, sub-pixel edge detection,the least-square method of matching to discern circle were introduced. The experiment of dimensional measurement indicates the validity of this system.Finally, the research work and achievements were summarized. At the same time, several aspects that need to be improved and solved were pointed out in this paper and then and the tasks ahead were forecasted.
