In recent years, wearable products become the new favorites of the scientific community. A series of wearable products including smart watches, smart bracelet, smart glass have flooded the market. Among them, smart glasses pocketed the people’s attention. With more and more smart glasses appearing in the market, people gradually found that the glasses still exist some disadvantages. For example, the smart glasses interaction becomes great concern problem to the user. Generally Existing interaction modes are head-tracking, eye-tracking, speech recognition, but these have limitations. In addition, the interaction interface is also the user’s concern. The interface of smart glasses need to be redesigned, this is different traditional computer. Its user interface must be simple, attractive, interactive, which can satisfy user’s demand for efficient interaction.The paper will start from smart glasses’ interaction and be aim at designing a user-friendly, interactive interaction system based on smart glasses. With wearable products fiery, more wearable product integration is a future development direction. We will use a smart watch and a handle to interact with the smart glass, which is natural and efficient, and easy to learn. The paper is divided into four parts:1) The design of a smart glass. Including the design of the platform, selecting the optical module and architecture design, the design of the glass case. The platform requires the ability to run above Android 4.0 operating system, and the performance to meet the requires of the system; after analyzing current several mainstream optical display, choose a suitable optical module of the system, then the architecture design for optical module; housing design can meets the require of comfortable wearing and good looking.2) The design of system controllers. The system is a double inputting interactive system based on a main smart watch and a minor handle. Work done including the application design for the smart watch, the program design for the handle based on STM32, the architecture design for the smart watch.3) The design of data transmission. In this paper, data transmission is Bluetooth transmission, the transmission rate can reach 2Mb/s. Android programming for Bluetooth transmissions.4) The design of the smart glass application program and interactive interface. According to the particularity of smart glasses, designing interactive interface and application, including the main interface design, video catalog interface design, video player application and interface design.
