As countries continue to enhance the attention of electronic warfare, the role of electronic warfare in modern warfare is becoming more and more important. Radar countermeasure is an important part of electronic warfare, all countries pay attention to it. With the fast development of Integrated Circuit, especially the appearance of the large scale programmable devices, many problems which are restricting the radar countermeasures are resolved. The larger transmitter power, the wider signal bandwidth and many new system and technologies bring new challenge to modern radar jamming technology. The premise of effective jamming for multiple targets in complex electromagnetic environment is the jammer has multi-target jamming ability and effective jamming strategy. With the development of Situational Awareness technology, the research of broadband multi-targets jamming strategy and methods becomes extremely necessary. The main work is done as follows:1.The mathematical model and mechanism of many radar active jamming types aimed at complex electronic countermeasure environment is analyzed. The parameter design criterion of different jamming is given. The different simulation experiments are carried out and the simulation results are described due to different jamming parameters. Finally, the jamming patterns are implemented on the hardware system. The effectiveness of the direct multi beam forming is verified with simulation results. Digital multi-channel synchronization method based on phase synchronization is designed. Digital multi-beam forming based on multi-channel synchronization is completed.2. In view of the diversity of radar system, the operation characteristics and operation modes of different radar system is analyzed, such as two coordinate radar, frequency agility radar, pulse Doppler radar and phased array radar. According to the different characteristics of the different modes, with different active jamming types and different jamming effect, jamming pattern selection for these radars in each operation mode is generated.3. Based on Situational Awareness technology, considering the feasibility of jam multiple radar targets, one rule for evaluation of radar target threat level based on radar parameter library and radar status and signal power is designed, these radar targets threat lever are sorted based on the rule when jamming target is covered by jammer power range. The flow chart of jamming strategy is generated with different jamming type for different radar targets and different radar feature.4. The hardware system debugging is finished. The result of the active jamming from time domain and frequency domain is analyzed. The effectiveness of radar active jamming type is verified. Digital multi-channel synchronization method based on phase synchronization is completed on hardware system. The effectiveness of this synchronization method is demonstrated by generating multiple single frequency signals with different carry-frequencies and the feasibility of the multi target jamming is verified.
