Compared to traditional communication frequency band, millimeter-wave has richer spectrum resources.And in recent years, millimeter-wave is gradually becoming a active research area. The transceiver is a indispensable basic component for use by the military and civilian realms. The millimeter-wave transceiver is now developing steadily.Europe, United States and China have been started to research on the millimeter-wave transceiver. Computer specialized prospects for development light. The main content of this thesis is the research on the time division transceiver module of the Ka band.This transceiver module designed in this thesis works on 33.2GHz. And the whole transceiver module is integrated in a cavity. This module switches the transmitting and receiving states through the switch. The main research works in this thesis is summarized as follow:1.This thesis introduces the realization method of the receiving branch and transmit branch. And the reasonable scheme of the receiving and transmitting module is selected according to the technique target.2.The reasonable selection of the devices in the transceiver module is made on the basic of the scheme. This design of the receiving and transmitting module meets all the needs of index by index estimation.3.The design and simulation of the passive circuit in the transceiver module is completed. And the passive circuit includes a waveguide-microstrip transition of the Ka wave band and the filters used in the transceiver module.4.The verification and testing of the frequency source module is completed. It includes two frequency source parts. And the results meet our needs.5.The design of the circuit diagram and the cavity is completed. And The module is tested. In the transmission channel, the suppression of the spurious signal is better than40 dBc, and in the receiving channel, the suppression of the harmonics is better than40 dBc. They both meet the requierments of scheme.6.Point out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the transceiver module and suggest improvements for future work.
