The Study And Design Of The After-Sales System For The Industry Of Railway Construction Maintenance Equipment

Coupled with the fast development of Chinese economy and science, Chinese railway transportation and destruction has also been on a rapid expansion. As a significant instrument of railway construction and maintenance, the efficiency of after sales service of railway maintenance equipment is of great importance for the railway construction. However, under the restriction of transportation and communication condition of the equipment’s location, several problems present in the after sales service:unreasonable dispatch of service man, inaccurate collection of information of equipment and service man, etc. Hence, it is benefit to develop an after sales service system of railway construction maintenance equipment, which combine the monitoring of the information of the equipment and service man and the intelligent management of the after sale service and the multi-mode service dispatch. It is apparent the system will do a favor to improve the efficiency and quality of the after sales service.Above al, the main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) According to the study and investigation of the need for the after sales service of the railway construction and maintenance equipment, coupled with the present situation of the after sales service system home and overseas and the present situation of the actual business management of the railway construction and maintenance equipment, I analyzing the actual need to design a system.(2) According to the analysis of the need to design a system, I give a detailed design of the system. The first step is to layout the overall plan and framework, and the second is to layout the function of the system, which main include the primary maintenance of the system, the management of the primary information, the management of the after sales service business, the design of the information monitoring and the design of the mobile client, the third is to establish the database of the system.(3) As to the low efficiency and unreasonable dispatch of the after sales service man, I come up with an intelligent dispatch based on the WebGis. And I put this dispatch into the system, which can finally achieve the function of intelligent dispatch of the after sales service. Meanwhile, on the basis of the diversity of the mobile clients system, use Appcan as the instrument, learn from Hybrid App, I develop partial function of clients and service man in the mobile clients.(4) A detailed description of the realization of the after sales service system of the railway maintenance equipment, the introduction of the develop instrument and environment and the picture presentation of the detailed function realization.
