| With the increasing number of new stations received and managed by Railway Housing construction units,especially the construction of new large stations represented by xiong’an station,new design concepts and new technical means are continuously applied in the construction of large comprehensive stations,so that the traditional housing construction operation and maintenance methods and current information technology methods no longer meet the station operation and maintenance management needs under the new process.Xiong’an station is constructed in strict accordance with the standards of "world vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics and high point positioning".Railway Housing construction units must also make bold use of information means and advanced tooling machines and tools to create a high-standard intelligent housing construction,operation and maintenance system.Taking the housing construction equipment built on site at xiong’an station as the main research object,and aiming at its key parts,special materials and risk items,they must study the maintenance mode,maintenance cycle,service life,materials,machines and tools,etc,Explore scientific and effective maintenance technical means,establish a systematic and complete professional knowledge system,create advanced and practical equipment operation and maintenance standards,and improve the informatization and intelligence level of preparation and maintenance management of high-speed railway house construction.The main content of this thesis is about the R & D and application of the intelligent operation and maintenance management system for the housing construction equipment of xiong’an station,focusing on the construction of digital archives,the intelligent monitoring of sliding glass curtain wall,the application of association rule mining algorithm and so on.The system can realize the functions of data storage in the whole life cycle,tracking management in the whole process of business,intelligent early warning management and control,scientific decision-making and so on.Through the full integration of daily inspection,regular inspection,spring(Autumn)inspection and emergency inspection with the system,an intelligent maintenance chain is formed,maintenance tasks are automatically dispatched,patrol inspection routes are generated,and maintenance personnel of housing construction are guided to standardize maintenance operations.The collected data is automatically returned through handheld terminals,and the conclusion of safety is automatically output after intelligent comparison and analysis with standard data,Scientifically guide personnel to repair and renovate the equipment to ensure the safety of technical state.Using the system,the railway housing construction equipment management unit can access the BIM three-dimensional model at any time,view the concealed works such as water,heating and electricity,obtain the advance warning of equipment emergencies,and complete the record filling,disease treatment and information feedback through the system,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient patrol inspection,accurate maintenance and improve labor productivity,so as to drive the reform of the operation and maintenance mode of Railway Housing construction specialty. |
