| Mass production technology makes manufacturing get rapid development in the early 20th century, for the society offers a wide range of industrial products, meet the society’s basic demand for industrial products. Late 20th century, however, a growing number of industrial products by many varieties, small batch mode, brings difficulty to quality management. Total quality management in China, and still stay in the state-owned enterprises as the main body status, the management level needs to be improved. In the face of changing the way of production, especially for electronic devices, need to change the mode of quality management to adapt to the new environment.Depends on the rest of the world of electronic equipment research and development, our country’s electronic equipment production pattern has also rapidly general paradigm shift from mass production to small batch of the personalization mode. This change in the process of production resources allocation problem, quality management, program management, product technology implementation issues, etc. This paper probes into the management of quality and research, mainly in small batch electronic equipment development as the research object.This thesis was to develop the electronic equipment of the main problems of research, analysis of the demand is not stable, tight time schedule, quality requirements higher, procurement of restricting the causes of the problems, solve the measures have been drawn up for each reason, dedicated to ships display control equipment as an example, the small batch for this kind of project is to build quality management method and system structure.In research work, the author and the many members of the project group has a more in-depth cooperation, preliminary set up small batch electronic equipment to develop quality management system, put forward the small batch problems existing in the electronic equipment development cause and the solution of the system, and through the practice to verify the effectiveness of the management system, has been clear about the small batch electronic equipment of the quality management system. |
