In recent years, Lijiang tourism obtained fast development, Lijiang scenic spots received traffic had improved, also brought Lijiang a steady stream of economic power. But from the perspective of tourism scenic area management, Lijiang in the informatization construction is in a state of relatively backward in some respects, especially as a scenic spot tickets for the first pass, still used a more original paper tickets or ordinary CARDS, easily, and can’t put an end to "release", to a certain extent, the economic interests of the damaged area. To avoid rush hour, on the other hand, appear to trample of emergencies, such as more effectively protect the safety of tourists, recently issued by the competent department of national tourism industry for the real-time monitoring requirements of traffic, electronic ticket system can completely meet the requirements of monitoring, is imperative. Third, in today’s Internet technology high speed development, the tourists to the scenic spot tickets in advance online booking, payment requirements also more and more big, to improve tourist satisfaction, also need to carry out the electronic ticket management system construction of Lijiang scenic spot. Around the old town of Lijiang scenic spot electronic ticket management present situation and the existing problems and the present development of domestic and foreign tourist scenic spot electronic ticket management after analysis theory, the main content of this paper are as follows:The ticket management status quo of Lijiang ancient town and demand for e-ticket are analyzed. From the perspectives of functional demand and non-functional demand, a theoretical analysis of this management system is conducted. Functional demand analysis mainly focuses on system hardware demand and functions demand; while non-functional demand analysis mainly includes interface demand and security demand.A system architecture with SSH and Ext is adopted, which is of great user-friendly WEB system development architecture. Detailed explanation of ticket-selling subsystem, ticket-checking subsystem and ticket center management subsystem are presented. The ticket-selling subsystem is the ticket, cancellation, group tickets, including statistics, such as ticket inquires function. The ticket-checking subsystem to realize automatic ticket function, can press tickct class for different channel control, such as input voice prompt and release signal. The ticket center management subsystem can right management and query statistics analysis. Meanwhile, e-ticket design is expounded. Finally, features of Lijiang e-ticket management system are listed.The building environment, the design and its realization of Lijiang e-ticket management system are introduced. Four typical functional modules, inventory control, ticket-selling management, limit of authority and query statistics management, are presented and tests of the system are done in terms of functions and performance. Test result shows that the system is qualified to meet the actual demand with good performance. This system has the system cross-platform nature, the system scalability, reusability and maintainability. This system uses simple, making user interface friendly, unified, feature-rich, speedy, and simple.
