Research On The Communication Movement Of Workers And Peasants In Shandong Anti-Japan Base(Liberated Area)

Mao Zedong’s speech at the Yan’an Forum in 1942, determined the Party’s basic policy at that stage literary movement. He pointed out that News and communication workers should focus on training of the workers and peasants, and encourage the workers and peasants to practice writing. Making it became a mass movement. Therefore, Communist Party of China rooted in the masses, servicing for the workers and peasants in the Anti-Japanese base, and carried out the communication movement of workers and peasants. The paper draws a conclusion that the communication movement of the workers and peasants reached its climax in the year 1944-1945 in Shandong Anti-Japan base (liberated area). It was mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1) The main party newspapers put forward their own campaign slogan, emphasis on the development of the worker-peasant correspondents. The number of correspondent and contribution Increased significantly. Newspapers opened column for the workers and peasants.(2) The main party newspapers put forward requirements for manuscript writing clearly, and trained a large number of outstanding representatives of the workers and peasants.(3) Shandong Anti-Japan base (liberated area) gradually established a standardized reward system during the communication movement of the workers and peasants.At the end of this paper, the author tries to summarize the influence of the communication movement of the workers and peasants.
