The safe storage of dangerous goods has a direct impact on the efficiency of operation and the quality of people’s lives. Therefore, our country attaches great importance to the issue of dangerous gas transportation and storage, and increased the overall input of dangerous gas transportation and storage. But the huge capital investment does not all cities can get, limited resources are not fully utilized, at the same time, China’s current transport of dangerous goods safety management method is not advanced. Therefore, from a technical point of view, improve transport of dangerous goods storage safety management level has important practical significance.In the industrial production process in the petroleum, chemical industry, coal, this paper puts forward the a Wi Fi based protocol for the infrastructure and transport, the MSP430F149 processor as the core of the chlorine alarm transmitter of the hardware and software design. The concentration of chlorine gas in the air was measured by constant potential electrolysis type chlorine gas sensor. Design the potentiostatic circuit, signal conditioning circuit, at the same time, the use of software, temperature compensation strategy to achieve automatic temperature compensation, when exceeding the concentration of chlorine gas alarm, through Wi Fi network control center and connected to sound the alarm, the alarm measured chlorine concentration range for 0-20ppm, measurement accuracy can reach 0.1 ppm, response time<60s, has time display, the first and second alarm and alarm latch function, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, paper making, textile, water treatment and other occasions. |
