| To strengthen the regulatory functions of taxation, the use of tax administration of real estate construction projects is proposed to promote the healthy development of Heilongjiang province’s real estate market, according to the real estate-related policies provisions of State Administration of Taxation and Heilongjiang Province. The province will build a real estate construction project management system will be builded to implement the requirements of "to control tax by invoice, information contrast, tax Source monitor, category management" of provincial bureau on real estate and construction thoroughly, and get the maximum information of taxpayers to resolve the problem of information asymmetry, and effectively improve the scientific and meticulous management level of the real estate construction tax, the tax price of objectivity, impartiality and rationality is proposed to promote the smooth of tax sources collection.For the above objectives, the real estate construction project revenue management system is explored, which is mainly used in the real estate and construction of enterprises and Local Taxation Bureau, the real estate construction project management system of taxation is designed and implemented in this paper, real estate construction business is managed based on project respectively, Local Taxation Bureau search and contrast the transaction Internet Information to arrive at a final tax prices, and thus on the basis of a reasonable price, to achieve a reasonable and scientific tax revenue levy.In the system construction, the project requirements analysis, overall design, detailed design and the work of coding and testing is proposed. By combing and analyzing the business relations of real estate and construction projects, the module division based on functionality and business processes is proposed to need the requirements analysis of each module. Including the modules of the housing information collection, the special invoices of pre-sale housing fund, real estate sales invoices, sales schedules, advance tax information of construction, construction invoices, receive and grant the fund between enterprises. Based on the business needs and combined with the province’s existing software architecture and development model, this paper designs network framework, software frameworks, database and development tools of the system overall to form a comprehensive and rational design framework. And detailed design, coding, implementation and testing is propesed based on the overall design.Real estate construction project revenue combines storage mode of the levy management information in enterprise end, B/S structure, Eclipse, Dreamweaver development tools, Weblogic Server and Sybase database is used combining with full use of the characteristics of java, to accelerate data processing and results display output, through designing rational data table structure and using a lot of data processing technology, the efficiency of data processing is achieved. The system uses JSPã€JAVA Servletã€JNDI and other technologies.This paper does a thorough research in the hardware environment, software environment and architecture of real estate construction project revenue management system in enterprise end, and proposes the system software design and development scheme applied and verified in the project implementation process combined with the practical application of the province, a huge role is played. |
