Traditional radars generally regard hardware as the core, combine hardware and function, and use the ideas of top-down serial development which is time-consuming and difficult. Once the system need be upgraded, should rewrite the design scheme, the system flexibility is poor. So the software integrated real-time processing technology is proposed, which uses the open development mode, makes the software development as the core, focus to the application demand.Through flexible software programming to upgrade system, so as to improve the generality and flexibility of radar system, shorten the development cycle.In this paper, we use the OpenVPX bus industrial computer chassis, the signal processing board with 4 pieces TMS320C6678 DSPs developed by our laboratory, the SRIO exchange board and the main board to form the general embedded hardware platform. To analysis the functional requirements of software integrated real-time processing technology, and design the hierarchy software architecture based on middleware. The architecture uses the middleware technology to realize the software and hardware decoupling. The lower layer software uses the operating system to complete the hardware configuration, resource scheduling, and the upper layer software provides a friendly graphical interface and code generation function.Based on SRIO high-speed serial interface we design the data communication middleware to realize the point to point communication with no conflict between processors. Also design abundant and efficient signal processing middleware which uses OpenMP technology to carry out parallel processing function based on multi-core DSP. Design and implementation code generation technology, use XML description file as the bridge between upper graphical development module and the lower automatically generate code module, to generate user engineering documents with program template.Finally, the paper introduces the realization of 3DT-SAP algorithm based on the software integrated real-time processing technology. And we deep research algorithm principle and processing flow, design a multi DSP parallel processing task mapping method, and parallel develop signal processing middleware based on the OpenMP technology, compare the results. After verification, the 3DT-SAP algorithm, which is developed by the software integrated real-time processing platform, has high real-time and reliability, and the platform has high flexibility and generality.
