Vehicle health management is an important task of the transport enterprise.The safe and reliable operation is not only related to the economic efficiencyof the transport enterprises, but also to the social interests. The scientificmanagement measures on understanding the state of the vehicle can alsoensure their normal operation.At present, the management of vehicle health is mainly based on experienceand qualitative judgments, lack of quantitative analysis. In transportenterprises, maintenance costs account for a large proportion in operatingcosts, while vehicle health management is an effective measure to reducemaintenance costs. Health management technology in some areas has beenwidely applied, which ensures the operation of the equipment andeffectively reduces maintenance costs. The key point of vehicle healthmanagement lies in the integrating ability of reflecting the vehicle healthmultiple attributes, thus to make the comprehensive analysis andassessment.Multiple attribute decision-making is a common ranking and optimizingmethod, which can integrate the various attributes reflecting the project, sothat we can make a comprehensive evaluation about the projects. In thispaper, postal vehicle is used as an object of study, the application of themultiple attribute decision-making can integrate the vehicle health indexand establish vehicle health evaluation model, sorting the retired vehicles.Meanwhile, it takes the multi-attribute classification management accordingto the properties of spare parts, so as to ensure maintenance schedules,reduce downtime team loss and improve vehicle maintenance efficiency.
