Sichuan Changhong Group Receivables Management Problems And Solutions

Accounts receivable is an important part of current assets to enterprises. Effective management of accounts receivable for the rapid recovery of business, stay, reduce bad debt losses, construction of credit management system, enhance the level of financial management and sales management, and improvement of enterprise risk prevention capacity and sustainable development capacity, will undoubtedly have great significance.In recent years, with revenue growth year after year, Sichuan Changhong Group accounts receivable is continue rising at the same time, there have been some problems about its quality. In order to achieve sustainable development and growing of the company’s goals, I hope that through this study, the company’s accounts receivable management to make some recommendations for improvement.This paper is divided into six chapters.
