Construction Project Risk Management Based On Chengdu Metro Line 1 Project

The paper carding the main achievement and the latest progress in the field of project risk management both in home and abroad, and further elaborating the main content and process of project risk management. According to the practice of risk management and the condition of Chengdu metro project, we use the risk checklist method to identify the potential factors in the project by researching the present materials and the site environment, finding that the main risk factors during the construction are including market risk, resource risk, technology risk, engineering risk, fund risk, risk of external conditions for the coorperation, system risk, operating risk and so on.Further, we use the AHP method to make a quantitative analysis toward the project, and we develop the project risk index system, according to expert scorning method we have determined the weight of each risk index, then after computing, the sorts results of the risk factor has done as follows by descending order of weight:technology risk, engineering risk, fund risk, market risk, risk of external conditions for the coorperation, resource risk. Based on those above findings, the article gives a targeted response measures to control those risks, hoping that through these measures and strict implementation of science-based risk management, the risk of the project will be reduced. In addition, we also hope that our risk management methods and experiences will be useful and helpful for other similar projects.
