Research On BeiYue Bank In The Shansi-Chahar-Hopei Border Area

BeiYue Bank, a bank institution established by the Communist Party inShansi-Chahar-Hopei Revolutionary Base Area, is one of the affiliated branch of the Bank ofShansi-Chahar-Hopei. BeiYue District was founded in1937by the Bank ofShansi-Chahar-Hopei took in charge of the counties’ financial service. BeiYue Bank was bornin merger between Hopei-Shansi branch and Hopei-Chahar branch in January,1948andended its historic mission by merger with Hopei-Rehe-Chahar branch into Chahar branch inJanuary,1949.During its existence, BeiYue Bank contributed to accepting deposit, lending andproviding and cleaning up to the agriculture loans.
