A Study On The Industrial Route Of Guizhou 's Revolutionary Old Area

Guizhou revolutionary base paid a huge sacrifice to Chinese revolution and madea great contribution. Geographical, economic and political environment which arefavorable factors,become obstacles to economic and social development. Guizhou isa sign of the well-off society in China. Guizhou revolutionary base is the short boardin Guizhou.Guizhou must make full use of the support role of industry, if guizhou wants tobuild the complete well-off society along with the whole nation within7years,2014-2020. In this paper, I research the path of guizhou revolutionary base becomingthe well of society, and give some suggestions on the construction and development ofindustrial system for reference.In this paper,I study the industrial development of guizhou old revolutionarybase in synchronous well-off background. I grasp the latest research on industrialdevelopment by combing the literature. I find the possibility of being synchronizeprosperity through the theory of surpass. I find the industrial path through the theoryof industrial choice and industrial development. Through the analysis of the current Ifind the characters and obstacles to industry, on the base of analysis on the currentsituation.Firstly, I provide a method on choosing industries through the industry choosingmodel. And then, I come up with the way of the whole industry development andstudy on some main industries in order to refining the study. Lastly, I raise somesuggestions on industrial development. I study the issue on this route and divide itinto six parts.The first part is an introduction. I introduce the research background andsignificance in this part. And I propose the method and framework followed combingthe domestic and overseas researchThe second part is the theoretical basis. I make clear the possibility of well-offsociety by introducing the catching up theory. I give the method to choose industryusing the theory of comparative and leading industry choosing. The theory ofindustrial chain, unbalanced growth and industry life cycle guides the path ofindustry development.The third part is the relationship of industrial development and the synchronizati on of well-off. Through the analysis of the transmission mechanism of industrialdevelopment-economic development-well-off society, I find the industrial value towell-off society. I provide the countermeasures by analyzing the characteristics of oldindustrial development and the restriction factor.The fourth part is the industry selection and development of ideas. I build themodel of industry choosing, and make the industry of Zuiyi for example. I make clearindustrial development ideas that create “four bases” and “seven industrial chains” byexplaining the principle and type. The four bases are resource development industrybase, special light industrial base, equipment manufacturing base, cultural tourismindustry base. The seven industrial chains are characteristic light chain, equipmentmanufacturing industry chain, the energy industry chain of coal chemical industrychain, cultural tourism industry chain, metal smelting industry chain, specialtyagricultural products processing industry chain.The fifth part is how the key industries develop. I make it clear that institutionalinnovation, technological advancement and scientific management are the motiveforce of industrial development.The sixth part is the proposals on industrial development. This part, judging fromthe obstacles of industrial development, I make four recommendations that areindustrial planning, industrial finance, industrial technology and industrial linkage toaccelerate industrial development to provide decision-making.
