| The paper introduces the present situation and prospects of stock investment trustplan from aspect of structure design, development course, classification, existing scale andinvestment performance. Then combined with example，the paper analyzes the productstructure features and market demands of structured stock investment trust plan, pointingout that as a kind of private fund, its investment threshold is higher than public fund with amore flexible investment mechanism. Therefore, its investors are more professional andhave more demand for individuation product design. Moreover, the priority investors ofstructured stock investment trust plan have principal preservation demand to some degree.The author has optimized priority profit structure by means of embedded stock option inthis paper. When the ending trust unit net asset value is within the upper and lower limit ofappointed maximum and minimum return，the priority beneficiary gains floating profit inline with the net value, thus expanding the profit floating range for the priority andrealizing risk sharing to some extent, which has changed the current single financing modeand better satisfied the demand of individuation product design. In view of principalpreservation demand of priority investors, the paper has put forward a CPPI strategy toguarantee principal safety and simulated CPPI strategy’s investment performance underdifferent leverage and principal guaranteed rate by means of Monte Carlo method.The author draws the following conclusions:（1）CPPI strategy can effectively avoid extreme negative return.（2）The set of proper principal guaranteed rate, risk multiplier and leverage rate canbetter realize appointed principal preservation for the priority and amplification of profitand risk for the inferior.（3）According to current laws, regulations and practice，the paper gives somefeasible suggestions for regulatory system innovation, product design and risk control ofstructured stock investment trust plan. |
