Optimal Design Of Structured Trust Products

With the steady growth of urban and rural residents' income,the traditional bank savings and other ways have been unable to meet the financial needs of residents.Various financial institutions have introduced a series of new structured financial products according to the investment needs of specific customers.whether the design of structured products is reasonable or not is of great significance to investors and issuers.Based on the theory of structured product design,this paper analyzes the problems and defects of structured trust products and optimizes the design.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,introducing the research background and significance of the paper,combing the related research at home and abroad,and elaborating the research ideas and methods of the paper.The second part summarizes the definition and characteristics of structured trust products,and analyzes the development status of structured trust products in China.The third part describes the problems of structured trust products,aiming at the structural trust products break-even design and income distribution defects,from the product structure design,risk control,operation mode of the system analysis;In the fourth part,based on the black-sho les model and portfolio insurance strategy,we optimize the design of structured trust products,use embedded options and fixed proportion portfolio insurance strategy to break even the portfolio,and analyze the sensitivity of risk multiplier,leverage ratio and break even rate of structured trust products portfolio to test the effectiveness of portfolio risk.The fifth part is the conclusion and relevant recommendations.
