Knowledge economy era makes the market environment more various, complex,competitive and integrated.In response to the change of market environment and continue tokeep competitiveness,enterprises pay more attention to innovation, especially independentinnovation.And corresponding,in the enterprise organization level,compared with traditionalvertical leadership model,enterprises gradually begin to pay close attention to shared leadershipmodel.Shared leadership emphasizes leadership power sharing,focus on group goals,and is oftenaccompanied by information sharing,mutual collaboration and team learning,Which provideconditions for the innovation of the team in enterprises.In team management practice in recentyears,researchers and practitioners have gradually shifted the focus from individual emotionalintelligence to group emotional intelligence.As an emotional management factor of modern teammanagement,group emotional intelligence has more obvious impact on group performance.This research attempts to discuss the influences of shared leadership on team innovationperformance from the perspective of group emotional intelligence.Firstly, we theoreticallydiscuss the relationship among shared leadership,group emotional intelligence and groupinnovation performance.Then we study the influence relationship among this three variables,andthe intermediary role of group emotional intelligence,which provide some theoretical supportand suggestion for the enterprise team management.Research results mainly includes:(1)Sharedleadership and team innovation performance have obvious positive correlation,mainly dependson four dimensions of shared leadership,especially the dimension of group learning;(2)Groupemotional intelligence and team innovation performance have obvious positivecorrelation,mainly through three dimensions of interpersonal understanding,emotionalregulation,working with attitude,while organization understanding dimension is notobvious,confronting members who break the norms has negative correlation;(3)Sharedleadership and group emotional intelligence have obvious positive correlation,mainly depends onfour dimensions of shared leadership, especially the dimension of performanceexpectations;(4)group emotional intelligence has a partial intermediary role between sharedleadership and team innovation performance.
