In recent years, logistics finance has been a hot issue in the field of logistictheoretical research. Many scholars have studied the scope of logistic finance, such asthe concept of logistic finance and its operation model etc., by different methods andfrom diverse research angles. Such researches are quite close to maturity. However,these researches have been focused mostly on qualitative level while quantitativeaspect has not aroused too much attention.In such circumstances, this paper takes X retail company as a research object andstarts from introducing the common difficulty confronted withsmall-and-medium-sized enterprises for financing. It compares the status quo of thedevelopment of both domestic and foreign logistic finance, summarizes theinnovation models, the pledge of stock and other contents of logistic finance andcomments on the related existing documentations. It is followed by the analysis on Xretail company of its financing demand during its business expansion when suchdemand was short-time, frequent and urgent and comes up with demand elasticity bytime variation based on the fluctuation trend of daily commodity sales. Then, thispaper makes an improvement of the original pricing model for inventory impawnfinancing and builds an optimized pricing model. Finally, it applies mathematicalderivation to analyze the optimized pricing model and to evaluate its optimizationeffect theoretically. Based on such evaluation, this paper in the end offers the paymentstrategy for debiting enterprises under the Stackelberg dynamic game theory and thepricing strategy which might be taken by third party logistic enterprises for inventoryfinancing pledge service.In a word, this paper tries to make use of the operational data of X retailcompany to determine the actual value of each parameter. It analyzes the paymentstrategies which might be taken by the retail companies when the charge rate adoptedby logistic finance enterprises for inventory impawn financing services is different, inorder to realize win-win among financial institutions, logistic enterprises andsmall-and-medium-sized enterprises.
