The relationship between job insecurity andjob well-being, and the moderating role of self-perceived employability in theassociation between job insecurity and job well-being were analyzed.Through the existing research, some hypotheses were proposed, following thetheoretical model. And then based on the analysis of the reliability and validity of theselected scales, the hierarchical regression analysis of sample data was tested, theconclusions were as follows:(1) differences in demographic variables andhistological variables had significant differences in the level of total job well-being’sseven dimensions;(2) job insecurity had a significant negative impact on jobwell-being, including the Qualitative Job Insecurity’s negative impact on welfare anddevelopment prospect, while the Quantitative Job Insecurity’s negative impact onself-acceptance and relationship;(3) For the further study, this study tested forself-perceived employability as a moderator between the negative relationship of jobinsecurity and job well-being. It was found that External Employability made anegative moderating effect on the negative relationship of Qualitative Job Insecurityand Self-acceptance/Relationship, it made a positive moderating effect on thenegative relationship of Quantitative Job Insecurity and Job Value/Self-acceptance; internal employability made a negative moderating effect on the negative relationshipof Qualitative Job Insecurity and relationship; it made a positive moderating effect onthe negative relationship of Quantitative Job Insecurity and Job Value/Welfare/Self-acceptance;(4) moreover, this study also tested for procedure justice as amoderator between the relationship of job insecurity and job well-being.
