NF Company belongs to System Integrator (SI). The main study of this paper isto find the strategy and methods of HRM for the purpose of pushing theorganizational change successfully and improve the competition advantage of NFCompany. SI as an emerging force in information technology services industry isshowing their strong trends of development. It’s inevitable that a variety problem mayappear during the development process. The low level of internal management is thekey factor to restrict the development of SI. Therefore, more and more SystemIntegrators have to initiate the organizational change, expecting to achievestandardized management instead of experience management. Definitely, there will bea lot of problems during the period of organizational transformation; HR problemshould be one of the most prominent core issues. Then how to locate and select theHRM strategies is becoming a top priority, which influence the success and failure ofthe organizational change of SI.Based on the review, research and analysis to the present HRM situation of NFCompany, this article is trying to find the ways to evaluate and establish appropriateHRM strategies during the organizational change in SI. The main study methods ofthe paper are as follow, investigation, analysis of literature, consulting experts. Thefinal goal is to help the overall management of NF to achieve a smooth promotion bya series of strategy HRM activities.Firstly, this paper gives the definition and features of SI, system integrationindustry and organizational change, as well as the developing history of HRM theory,this part is the theory basis of the whole paper. Secondly, introduce the wholeoperation and management status of NF, especially the HRM situation introductionand analysis according to the result of research, interview and HR inventory. The thirdpart is the main part of the paper, the relevant HRM strategies for the organizationalchange of NF are presented here, and the specific analysis and research of thefeasibility to the strategies and the theory basis are listed too. At the same time, someHR activities’ operation details are explained comprehensively.
