The change of the enterprise organizational structure is essentially based on the change of the enterprise development strategy. That is to say,"strategy decides organization, organization inherits strategy." At the same time, the change of the organization must also take into account the external macro-policies, the development trend of the industrial competition, and the support and limitation of the internal resources. Therefore, the change of the enterprise organizational structure is based on the motivation of the strategic development, and the internal and external factors must be comprehensively taken into consideration. Thus, the organizational structure can be overall redesigned.Under the situation as the external competition environment greatly changed, Jiadu Group grasped the strategic opportunity of the industrial transformation and upgrading, and adjusted its internal industrial structure. Thus the Group’s core business was overall transferred into the platform of the Group so as to enforce the capability of the capital operation. Under such circumstance, the whole organizational structure of the Group was redesigned according to the Group’s strategic adjustment and the business restructure.Based on the above thinking logic of the enterprise organizational change, the author firstly sorted out the external environment which the Group was faced, and then the main problems of the Group’s organizational management were deeply diagnosed, and thus knew clearly the specific need and the developing trend of the Group’s change. Secondly, through the interpretation and analysis of Jiadu Group’s development strategy, the functional localization was determined, and the management and control mode were selected. Based on the above-mentioned overall thinking frame, the future structural form of the overall organizational change and the organizational structure and functions of the every hierarchy were systematically constructed. Finally, combined with the realistic foundation and conditions of the Group’s organizational change, Jiadu Group put forward the process control mode of "unfreezing, changing and refrozen", and the suggestions of the risk control.
