The Supervision And Informatization Of Imported Dairy Products At Tianjin Port

In recent years, food safety issues have repeatedly occurred. All along, theimported food safety supervision authorities of China played an important role inensuring safety of imported food.in the face of increasingly complex imported foodsecurity situation and the rapid growth of imports of food and increasing food safetyrequirements, how to strengthen the supervision of imported food with scientificmeans to ensure imported food safety is our urgent research object.In this article, using literature studies, research and other methods to analyse theissues. Using imported dairy products on Tianjin Port as the research object,described the current regulatory problems facing dairy imports found in threedimensions, analyzed the importance and necessity of implementationof informatization management of imported dairy products, discussed the import ofdairy safety management objectives to be achieved, proposed to enhance the safety ofimported dairy products must rely on scientific and strong support of informatizationtechnology means, and using informatization technology to promote supervisioninnovation. To ensure the safety of imported dairy products, to resolve the currentproblems in the implementation and management of dairy supervision, the articlesuggest to integrate several informatization application systems, to establish theimported dairy products inspection and supervision informatization systems andinformation exchange network platform,and proposed constructing demand anddesign for imported dairy products informatization management systems. Finally, thearticle suggests to increase research on food security informatization management,promote research achievements for all the country, and as a basis to achieve importedfood safety management and informatization objectives,to provide efficient, highquality services for imported food safety supervision departments, enterprises and thepublic, to further the quality and safety of imported foods.
