The purchase has a very important role in the supply chain, it connects withsuppliers, distributors and downstream enterprises, is the connection interfacebetween suppliers and enterprises of the two, it provides a bridge between supplychain enterprises, exchanges between the raw materials, distributors and productproduction, communication enterprise production between demand and supply. Underthe management of supply chain procurement to realize the seamless connection ofsupply chain system, improve the enterprise supply chain synchronization operationefficiency, which is characteristic of procurement management based on supply chain.Problems existing in EC company’s products in the procurement process as theresearch object, based on the supply chain management and purchasing theory as theresearch foundation, build model as the main means, using analytic modulemanagement method and material, solves the problems in purchasing management ofEC company. In this paper, from four aspects of improved research, identify andinventory control of a reasonable amount of ordering and purchasing processoptimization, supply of choice, product procurement strategy and product. Byimproving the research of these four aspects, EC company supplier selection, from astrategic point of view by using the analytic hierarchy process modeling optimizingsupply areas to reduce procurement risk and the cost of procurement; determine thetypes of products through the cost expenditure subdivision method, in order to choosedifferent purchasing strategy for different kinds of products; to determine the differentordering methods of different products by ABC analysis, scientifically and reasonablydetermine the volume of purchase EC products; and by optimizing the procurementprocess, greatly improving the EC company’s procurement performance.
