How do procurement organizations to plan, optimize the supply chain procurement procedures, improve procurement efficiency, the full use of computer information technology, the implementation of electronic procurement have already become involved in the global market competition, one of the important strategies.In this context, the paper company as the research object selected NTK, procurement management and procurement processes from the current situation of departure, through the application of integrated supply chain management thinking, in the procurement process optimization strategy focused on strengthening the management and suppliers to promote information technology, order to achieve lower purchasing costs, reduce inventory, to find a complete set of procurement business process optimization solutions. Supplier selection and supplier of scientific evaluation is an important part of supplier management, and information sharing not only timely sharing of information within enterprises. Shared with external companies can realize the exchange of information with suppliers, to establish strategic partnership to create the conditions.
